What we need from you
Sharing these details up front helps us shortlist candidates that genuinely match your household.
- Required role (housemaid, cook, nanny, driver, elder care and similar)
- Working hours: 8, 10, 12 or 24 hours
- Household setup and family size
- Location within Islamabad or Rawalpindi
- Preferred staff gender and experience level
- Language preference and any special duties
Verification connection
Candidates presented to your household go through our verification process, which includes NADRA identity checks, police verification, reference checks, previous employer verification and internal employee registration.
Working assessment clarification
A short working assessment may be arranged according to the agreed booking terms and staff availability. This is a paid working arrangement agreed in advance, not a free trial, and it helps both sides confirm suitability.
Agreement and placement
Once you confirm a candidate, we complete the placement agreement covering duties, working hours, salary, days off and the agreed terms. The staff member then joins your household on the agreed start date.
Replacement assistance
If a placement is not the right fit, replacement assistance is available as per the terms agreed in your placement agreement.
Response and placement guidance
We usually respond to requirements the same working day. Placement timing depends on the role, working hours, location and candidate availability, so timelines are shared honestly for your specific request rather than guaranteed in advance.
