Kaam Wali started before websites, before WhatsApp and before modern staffing platforms became common. It began with a grandmother, newspaper advertisements and a simple promise: to help families find trustworthy people for their homes.
Our Story
Her daughter carried the work forward, and today the third generation continues the same family business through a registered and structured domestic staffing agency. The way the business operates has developed over time, but the reason behind it remains personal. Choosing household staff is an important decision for every family, and Kaam Wali approaches each placement with that responsibility in mind.
Kaam Wali is not a new staffing business created only for the digital era. It is a three-generation family business passed from grandmother to daughter to son. The journey began through classified advertisements in newspapers and, since 2014, has operated as a formal, SECP and FBR/NTN registered agency with a physical office in Islamabad.
That history matters because domestic staffing is not an ordinary transaction. Families invite workers into their homes, around their children, elderly relatives and personal belongings. Trust, screening and ongoing support therefore remain central to every placement.
Over more than 12 years, Kaam Wali has completed over 7,000 successful placements while building its reputation through direct relationships with families and clients across Islamabad and Rawalpindi.
